Welcome to Intersoft Solutions Community Forum. Intersoft Solutions provides this Forum to you, subject to the following Forum Agreement, which may be updated from time to time without any prior notices.

IF YOU CHOOSE TO ACCEPT THIS AGREEMENT, YOU MUST ACCEPT IT AS PRESENTED TO YOU, WITHOUT CHANGES. IF ANY FUTURE CHANGE IS UNACCEPTABLE TO YOU, YOU SHOULD DISCONTINUE USING THE FORUM. CONTINUED USE OF THE FORUM WILL ALWAYS INDICATE YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THIS AGREEMENT AND ANY CHANGES TO IT.

Registration to this Forum is free. Please read the rules and policies detailed below. This Forum Agreement provides important information about your use of the Intersoft Solutions Forum site. You should read it, understand it, and consider printing a reference copy as you use the Forum.

  1. As long as you comply with the Agreement, Intersoft Solutions grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to enter and use the Forum.
  2. Intersoft Solutions has the right, but not the responsibilities, to edit, remove any posts, including those deemed by Intersoft Solutions to violate the Agreement.
  3. To post a message on this Forum, each user must have a unique username and password. Intersoft Solutions will not be responsible for any problems or liability that may arise if you do not provide accurate, truthful and complete information.
  4. In consideration of your use of the Forum, please provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Forum's registration form (such information being the "Registration Data") and maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or Intersoft Solutions Community Forum has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, Intersoft Solutions Community Forum has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Forum.
  5. Members are not allowed to register more than one user name on the site under different addresses. In doing so your accounts can be removed without notice with all posts removed.
  6. Intersoft Solutions Community Forum provides users with access to a rich collection of resources. Users are able to interact with one another and also with Intersoft Solutions members, in order to share information, post any questions related to Intersoft Solutions products or services, or provide solutions for other users related to the questions asked.

Forum Rules and Guidelines

  1. Stay on topic. Intersoft Forum is here to help people use Intersoft Solutions products and technologies more effectively. Users are allowed to express their opinions, viewpoints and testimonials on Intersoft Solutions products, services and events based upon speculation, personal knowledge and factual information through use.
  2. Be polite. Everyone should feel comfortable reading your post and participating in any discussions. Intersoft will not tolerate inappropriate statements, material, or links. Inappropriate statement includes harmful, intimidating, threatening, invasive of a person’s privacy, or offensive in a sexual, racial, cultural, or ethnic context. We at Intersoft reserve the right to delete any messages that is a violation of any law.
  3. Be constructive. Your posts should be either a technical support question or a technical support answer. However, any constructive feedback on Intersoft product features is welcome as well.
  4. Test and proof your answer. In answering a technical support questions, make sure that it works on your computer before your share it with everyone else. Please remember that we at Intersoft solutions do not actively monitor the contents of this board at all times and are not responsible for any message posted. We do not vouch for any or warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any message.
  5. No advertising. Do not use the Forum to sell or market your products to others and do not post a URL unless it directly answers a user’s question.
  6. No inappropriate username or impersonations. In appropriate or offensive usernames or aliases will be removed and persons attempting to impersonate another user will also be removed. Usernames may not contain website, email addresses or other contact information.
  7. No illegal activities, such as posting software or descriptions of processes that break or otherwise “work around” digital rights management software and hardware.
  8. License to use. By posting on this Forum, you agree to grant Intersoft Solutions a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive worldwide right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, make available to the public and exercise all copyright and publicity rights with respect to the posts.
  9. Update your posts. It also helps if you can follow up with a post stating that you appreciated someone’s help, or that your problem was resolved.
  10. Report any violation. If you see a post that violates the guidelines or rules, please immediately report to us.
  11. All rights reserved. By posting on this Forum you grant Intersoft Solutions Community Forum, and its successors and assigns a nonexclusive irrevocable right to re-use your posting in any manner it or they see fit without notice or compensation to you. No material contained in this site may be republished or reposted without express written consent of the Intersoft Solutions Community Forum, except that message board users retain the right to republish or repost their own work.

Policy Enforcement and the Role of Forum Moderators

  1. Moderators are Intersoft Solutions technical members that help out users with technical questions. Please treat all moderators with respect in the Forum.
  2. Moderators have the right to edit or remove posts that are in violation of any rule or ones that they consider offensive to the integrity of the community.
  3. If a moderator closes a thread, do not start another one on the same topic.
  4. Moderators promise to base their decision making on content of threads.
  5. Intersoft Solutions has implemented a rule for violations. Flaming, fighting with other members and duplicate accounts are considered to be among the most serious of offenses.
  6. There are instances where the user will receive a warning or have their post(s) deleted without a strike being issued.

Termination

Intersoft Solutions Community Forum, in its sole discretion, may terminate your password, account (or any part thereof) or use of the Forum, and remove and discard any Content within the Forum, for any reason, including, without limitation, for lack of use or if Intersoft Solutions Community Forum believes that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of the Forum Agreement. Intersoft Solutions Community Forum may also in its sole discretion and at any time to discontinue providing the Forum, or any part thereof, with or without notice. Any termination of your access to the Forum under any provision of this Agreement may be effected without prior notice, and acknowledge and agree that Intersoft Solutions Community Forum may immediately deactivate or delete your account and all related information and files in your account and/or bar any further access to such files or the Forum. Further, you agree that Intersoft Solutions Community Forum shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your access to the Forum.

Limitation of Liability

You expressly understand and agree that Intersoft Solutions Community Forum shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if Intersoft Solutions Community Forum has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from: (i) the use or the inability to use the forum; (ii) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; (iii) statements or conduct of any third party on the forum; or (iv) any other matter relating to the forum.

Privacy Statement

The personal information that you supplied upon registration in Intersoft Solutions Community Forum are stored and managed solely by Intersoft Solutions. Your personal information is fully secured by Intersoft Solutions with high security implementation. Intersoft Solutions will NOT transfer your personal information to any third parties or partners.

Although the Intersoft Solutions Community Forum sites are targeted at a general adult audience, we welcome the participation of younger users with their parents’ consent. We strongly recommend that users 12 and under refrain from offering any personal information either in their user profile or in the message boards themselves, and we encourage parents to stay involved in the online life of their children.
