I’m trying to buy the WebTextEditor v3 control from your website.

When I try to checkout I am getting an error;

"SKU68216635760" is not available for sale.

Is this control still available?

Implementation in jqery dialog

We are currently evaluating the WebTextEditor and trying to integrate the control inside a jqery dialog.

In this implementation when the jquery dialog loads with the embedded webtexteditor control, much of the functionality is unresponsive, (for example: cant select the body, cant place cursor in body, clicking the html, design, split etc functions are non responsive).

Can the control not be implemented this way?

High CPU usage on big html content

Hi,

We noticed a very high CPU usage when processing big html document with WebTextEditor.

We did a profiling with Chrome and we were able to target that the issue is a replace made with a regex in WebTextEditor_Helper.js in WebTextEditorConvertEngine.ConvertToXHTML.

You can try it with the HTML content I attached in a txt file. I also provided you the profiling session I used in Chrome, you will be able to see the stack where it takes more than 40 sec.

Context Menu and Tab Key not working in WebTextEdirtor

The Context Menu and Tab Key are not working in WebTextEditor. These issues were initially reported here:

WebFileUploader Excel xlsx file format can not be opened after uploading

I'm using WebFileUploader in order to upload some attachment for my site. But when I upload .xlsx format, it can be uploaded, but the file can not be opened, Tips 'Excel found unreadable content in 'abc.xlsx', Do you want to recover the contents of this workbook? if you trust the source of this workbook, Click Yes.'

WebTextEditor version is ISNet.WebUI.WebTextEditor 2.0.1000.5.

ISNet.dll version is ISNet.dll3.0.5000.913

I Found a pattern, Ivisit the local web server to upload the .xlsx that is ok, But if the visit is remote web server to upload will have a problem.

Please help me, This is quite ugrent.

Unable to use table feature in IE 11

Hi,

We are using webtexteditor with the table designer. In IE 11, features like "Insert row below" does not work.

For example, if I click on a cell to put my cursor in and then I click on "Insert row below" nothing happens.

This is working fine on google chrome.

We noted that if there is text in the cell, we can workaround this by selecting the text and then click on "Insert row below". This is really difficult for us to explain that to users.

Can you fix this?

Context Menu and Tab Key do not work in WebTextEditor

Hello,

The context menu and tab key do not seem to work in WebTextEditor. I tried IE, FF and Chrome, with these two properties enabled in the editor. They don't work.

Please advise how to fix.

Unable to insert table using IE 11
