In my environment all grouped row will expand without any issue.

The latest WebGrid 7 and WebUI Framework 3 is build 406 and build 757.

RestoreExpandedGROUPEDRows?

Tried on Virtual Load Mode , the preloaded group rows works fine, but the non-preloaded group row will not expand, the status keeps showing "Loading group..." at the same time.

Is there any work around for Virtual Load Mode (for the non-preloaded row)

Currently, there is no native property / function available to restore the grouped rows.

However, a workaround is available, by buffering the expanded grouped row to a temporary variable and re-expand the selected group row after the flypostback is finished. In your case, the batch update. Attached is a demonstration of the workaround.

RestoreExpandedGROUPEDRows?

Hi

In hierarchichal grid i can use e.Layout.RestoreExpandedChildRows = true for restore expanding rows after Batch update. How can i do this if i have grouped rows?

Best regards
