You can try to set TextBoxMode property of WebCombo - LayoutSettings to ReadOnly. By using this setting, each WebCombo item now has a checkbox element. Selecting/de-selecting item can only be done by checking/unchecking the checkbox. Thus avoiding WebCombo to accept duplicate value.

2.Accepted not in list values

I tried to create a simple sample based on the given snippet code and was unable to reproduce the reported problem in my local end. Please have the attached sample evaluated on your end and let me know if you have different result.

For your information, I'm using WebCombo 6 build 259.
