I enclosed a simple project which is created using Intersoft ClientUI MVVM Data Application (DevForce) project template. This is a project template for creating a rich Silverlight data application with DevForce data service. The project uses MVVM architectural pattern.

Please have the sample project downloaded and evaluated on your end and let us know if you have different result.

actually, I develop the project (not building), let say the apllication is GroupLife and there are many modules, and I work in Reinsurance module. I added the Reinsurance MVVM module and I started it to connect to a view in a DBMS by creating a model, and then I create a view and view model in the modul. when I try to run the exist module, it works well. But when I run the modul that I build, it can't work. can you give the solution for it? or should I attach the code for the model and view model?

I tried to reproduce the reported problem in my local tests. However, the information obtained from the attached screenshot is not sufficient.

I’m willing to advise you further but in order to do so I would need you to elaborate on your specific scenario and possibly give me a step-by-step guide that I can use to observe the problem.

The following information might help:

Version of Visual Studio (is it VS 2010 or VS 2012; etc)
The build version of ClientUI (is it ClientUI 8 build 5; ClientUI 8 build 4; etc)
The DevForce version
Is it Silverlight or WPF project?

Based on the above information, I will create a working simple project and send them to you to be evaluated on your end.

The exception says that the project is unable to locate type: GroupLife.Models.ReinsuranceEntities.vwReinsurance, GroupLife.Reinsurances, Version=1.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null.
Please try to do the following:

Ensure that the assembly holding this type is available in the bin/exe folder.

Check that both your assemblies and DevForce assemblies have the expected version number on both client and server.

Could you please let us know the step-by-step to reproduce this problem (including a simple sample project would be very helpful) so that we can assist you further?

I have tried it..
But always say like that...
I'm confuse...
