When displaying an UXDialogBox the current page is hidden, how to change this behaviour?

Thanks for your reply.
I tried to use the UXWindow without success in the WPF sample. However, I could made it work by using the UXGlassWindow but experienced another issues which made the workaround not worth it.

The issues I got so far are:

Backstage Menu not properly aligned, is slightly to the right side. (this was an issue in UXGlassWindow which is fixed now)
Contextual Tab have some display issues. It also creates problems when trying to click on the Quick Access Toolbar.
Need some tweaks in xaml for rendering a background.

In other words, the workaround fixes the issue when displaying a UXDialogBox, but cames with the expense of another ones.

Please, fill a work item for both issues and let me know about the progress of the those.

Hello,

I can replicate the issue as well. For temporary workaround, for the window, it would be better to use the normal UXWindow instead of UXRibbonGlassWindow.

Also for the keytips, you can also bind Intersoft:UXRibbonKeyTipService.EnableKeyTips with a value that can be set when you show the DialogBox.

Update:

I also noticed that when the dialog is shown and I press the Alt key, the UXRibbonKeyTipService is responding. See screenshot.

Also the keytips are topmost, so for instance if there are shown and I open another window, it is also in front of this window too.

Last but not least, is not correctly rendered.

Unfortunately, this is a bug in our UXRibbonGlassWindow. I will forward this to our developer teams. If you just directly start from MainPage, this issue would not be happened.

Good day,

I'm testing the UXDialogBox by using the DialogBoxServiceProvider and noticed that when the Dialog is shown, the current Page is hidden. (see screenshot)

Take into account the ClientUI Ribbon Application sample. (Note: I only added DialogBoxServiceProvider and a custom UXDialogBox, which is shown by clicking "Custom Link 1").

Since I couldn't upload the sample (it stopped several times), I uploaded it here:

Anyway, I would like to know if there's a way or option to prevent it from hidding the page.
