Using you modified sample, I tried to replicate your issue in our local end. I extracted your sample above to Intersoft Empty Website template. After, I ran your project I tried to replicate your issue in our local end. Unfortunately, your sample works properly. Is there any steps to replicate your issue in our local end ? In here, I also put Video of your running project. Look forward to hear any feedback from you so I can help you further.

Hopefully these open OK. In the new files, I've bound the custom field to WebScheduler. Thanks.

Custom field set to null after moving event

Hi Stephe Faust,

I couldn't replicate your error (Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation). The sample that you posted above is either corrupted or truncated so I couldn't extract it directly. I'm using your sample in my project and it's working properly. The error doesn't appear when I'm trying to move the item. Is there any steps to reproduce this issue in my local end? I also attach my sample here. Hope this helps.

[2] I'm not sure if I did things quite right, but I attempted to bind my EventColor field into WebScheduler. It seems to me (again, maybe ill-advised) that with EventColor bound, I don't need the "WebScheduler1_Update" sub, so I commented it out. But whether it's commented out or not, I'm getting an "Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation" error. I cannot figure out what I'm missing, or what I broke. Thank you in advance for giving this some thought.

Custom field set to null after moving event

Hi Stephe Faust,

I've modified your sample and attached it here.

For 1st issue, you're using ResourceTemplate so you must handle the checkbox by yourself. This error occurs because some javascript are break. You can look at WebScheduler1_OnAfterRenderView client-side event for the problem solving.

For 2nd issue, you can handle the input of your EventColor on Update server-side event. This happens because EventColor is not bound into WebScheduler.

Hope this helps.

When the page first loads, it's supposed to suppress resources that have no events scheduled. It doesn't do this properly until I click on one of the small calendars.

I have a custom event field called EventColor. It's beside the point, but I'm not using the field to store a color, but a job number. When I move an event, the EventColor field is set to null. This first event in the database is an example of an event that has been moved.

I've attached a copy of my project. Thanks.
