Hello Support,

I think it helped, but the description in the release notes can be confusing.

The installers are dated to November 2014 which means "Crosslight 3". So if someone already has Crosslight 3 installed via the installers it is fine to just replace the Crosslight assemblies to apply Crosslight 3 Update 3. If I am wrong, please correct me otherwise we can close this issue.

The new installers are available in the Licenses tab after you logged into your account. You should be able to see the products available for download. Please click here to sign-in to your account.

Hello Crosslight Support,

within the release notes of update 3 of Crosslight 3 it is highly recommended to perform updates with the new installer.

I initially installed Crosslight 3 with the new installer. Is there a newer version of the installer available for update 3? Where can I find this new installer? I haven't found any hints in my account.
