Hi Richard,

Both full and web setup should be working perfectly now.

Please give it a try. You need to re-download the web setup executable if you wish to install only certain editions.

Did you download the Web Setup one?

Try to download the full setup from the here. The Web Setup one might be corrupted for now. It is being repaired by the developer team.

Have tried many times dowloading ClientUI 5 but crashes part way through - home pc and work pc the same - other downloads/internet connections work okay. Any known issues here?
