We'd like to re-activate our license on a re-stored machine, but the License Manager that came with the Intersoft Premier Studio states that the activation count has been exceeded. So please, kindly provide a know-how guide to do this. This is probably related to this thread... http://www.intersoftpt.com/Community/WebDesktop/license/
As the License Manager app says, the Intersoft License server has detected that the activation account has been exceeded. Please kindly find my message in your registered email account.

Please ensure that you always remove or delete your license before uninstalling our products from your machine. In this case, you might want to remove the license using License Manager before restoring your machine.
Meanwhile, I have reset your licenses which have exceeded the activation count limit. They are WebGrid 9, ClientUI 11 and Crosslight 3. You can now re-activate your licenses.
