The reported problem is filed under ASPNET-290. Build 24 is now available in WebUI Studio 2016 Update 2 which addressed this issue. Please give it a spin and let us know how it works in your end.

Carefully follow your instructions, the reported problem is reproducible in my local test.

I will continue my investigation. If this confirmed as bug, I will inform you the backlog number.

Hi,

We are experiencing a problem using DST on some timezone.

In the attached zip, you will find a sample.

1st, set your timezone to UTC -5 Eastern Time Canada US and Turn OFF adjust aotomatically Daylight saving. (DST_OFF.png)

2nd open default.aspx, everything is fine (SchedulerWorkingFineDST_OFF.png)

3rd turn ON DST (DST_ON.png)

4th reload default.aspx. There you see the problems (SchedulerWithProblemDST_ON.png)
