Sorry for the late reply, could you provide more detail regarding the environment? The WebGrid dll build, WebUI Framework dll build, and your OS.

Please check your build version in your GAC and your project bin folder, in case where the UpdateManger failed to update the GAC.

we have checked, anyway we have the problem all the same, is there any log files or any other way to understand the problem?

We could not replicate the issue using all the latest release build. The WebDesigner for WebGrid is referencing ISNet.WebUI.WebGrid.Editor.dll and ISNet.WebUI.Editor.v4.dll in the GAC. Please make sure those fole in GAC already has the same version and build with the WebGrid and WebUIFramework dll from your project folder.

We also suggest you to clear your temporary ASP.NET folder, default location in C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\Temporary ASP.NET Files, to remove any cache to the previous dll version.

We have installed the lastest WebUI version (you can see in the image attached), why we cannot open the customEditor ?

I try to add a custom editor, anyway when I select CustomEditors on WebDesigner it crashs, how to add my customEditor?
