I suspect that the error is due to the controls being added at every postback with the same id. Please be sure to set a unique id when adding controls on the page dynamically to prevent such error.

I’m willing to advice you further but in order to do so I would need you to elaborate on your specific scenario and possibly give us a running simple sample and a step-by-step guide that we can use to observe the problematic behavior.

Hi,

I am using WEbgrid in our application. We have a master child page in our application. I have added teh web grid in the usercontrol in application. My user control contains 2 Grids 1 is web grid and other is Asp.Net grid. If want to add a Link Button in the grid. I chose the column type as template and inside the cell template added the asp:linkbutton. But when I execute this code I get the following error

Multiple controls with the same ID 'ctl00$Content$ucSearchProducts$WebGrid2$WebGrid2_h' were found.

Please help me i am stucked.
