Hi Abdul, Intersoft most likely has gone out of business. I hope that you may have already found the solution. We happened to have the similar issue before, with a couple of users in certain region of the world, but it could not be reproduced on Developer's machines. The issue was the latency in downloading a file, which just timed out. The default timeout setting is 100ms, while in our case it took an average of 200-300ms.

Hello Intersoft Team,

We have recently renewed our license. We are upgrading our application to support this new version webgrid (10.0.7200).

We are facing Intersoft webgrid calendar pop-up issue in the test server environment. We don’t see this issue in our local system.

We have already followed the Intersoft documentation on the deployment process, but still no luck.

We need assistance from Intersoft team to fix this issue. Please find attached screens for more info.
