Actually, It is ready. But we haven't fully tested it because we are preaparing for release r2. I afraid some errors might show because there is a major enhancement in our framework. I will discuss first to our developer first. If it is safe, I will send it to you.

Hello,

It seems the nightly build need new WebUIFramework as well. I could not send you WebUIFramework hotfixes because it is not stable. Some issues has been reported during the testing in here. I will ask our developer to fix this asap then send it to you.

Thank you for the update. I have updated our "BrokenPage" with the example you provided, and updated WebGrid by using the new .dll's you provided.

Unfortunately, I now receive an error message when viewing your example page. I have attached the error message, and a zip file containing the example solution I used to test the updated version of WebGrid.

Can you please instruct me on how to get around this error message?

Hello,

Our developer tried hard to make it better. Please try to use attached hotfix. Also, it seems, it needs to call twice SetHeight() method.

Ok, Thank you. Our developer is still working on that. It seems the height state is not configured well in XHTML. That's why it could not automatic resize the height. Only width that succesfully resized.

Hi Handy,

Thanks for the suggestion. I'm glad we're making progress.

I tried your sample but I was unable to get any combination of timing that would make the height size correctly for IE9. It seems that wgDoResize isn't doing anything in IE9 no matter when it gets called.

I made another sample (see video below) where the SetHeight() and wgDoResize() functions are mapped to buttons, to illustrate the problem a bit better.

We're standing by for your next suggestion. Very close to our deadline now, so we appreciate your help!

Hello,

It's hard to achieve it in XHTML since the rendering is trouble some in your scenario. However, when it does have a workaround. You would need to add time out when call SetHeigth and wgDoResize.

example

Hi,

I'm currently trying to get WebGrid to resize with the page (both height and width), and I'm not finding a good solution. I've tried several combinations of AutoHeight = true, and Grid.Height = 100% with no success. Can you please provide me with an example of how to make the grid expand with the screen, where the DocType of the page is XHTML 1.0, and the example works in IE, Firefox, and Chrome.
