Can't bring up WebGrid 7 Documentation (Visual studio 2010)

I apologize for any inconvenience this problem may have caused you. It seems that there is a problem in documentation during the installation process.

There are two solutions in order to resolve this problem.

Manually add Intersoft documentation (in this case is WebGrid’s documentation) to Microsoft Help Viewer.
Please refer to the "Manually Add and Remove Intersoft ClientUI Documentation to Microsoft Help Viewer" Knowledge Base article in here for more detail information about how to add Intersoft WebGrid documentation in local help. In step #2 of Intersoft ClientUI in Local Help section, please browse and choose the help file in the following path:
- For 32-bit machine:
  %ProgramFiles%\Intersoft Solutions\Intersoft WebUI Studio 2011 R2\Help3\WG70\helpcontentsetup.msha
- For 64-bit machine:
  %ProgramFiles(x86)%\Intersoft Solutions\Intersoft WebUI Studio 2011 R2\Help3\WG70\helpcontentsetup.msha
*If the installation process was executed by using the web setup file, please try to unblock help file. To unblock help file:
1. Right-click on the help file.
2. Choose "Properties" from the context menu.
3. Click the "Unblock" button.
Or download “WG70DOCS Help 1.0.chm” file.
Please follow the step-by-step below in order to download “WG70DOCS Help 1.0.chm” file.
1. Open WebGrid's Support Page in here.
2. Click "Download Documentation" link. This will download WG70DOCS Help 1.0.chm
3. After download completed, unblock help file.
4. Double click on “WG70DOCS Help 1.0.chm” file to open WebGrid's documentation.

When I click on it I'm taken to a broke link on the microsoft site. Here is the link:

Can I just get a copy of some documentation. I'm really getting frustrated with this product and no documentation.
