First of all, deeply apologize for the late respond. However, after bringing this up to Developer team, it seems that this is not a bug.

The second page load is due to the automotice request meta data feature. If the auto metadata discovery is not desired, you can set the AutoLoadMetaData to false and it will fix your problem.

Dear Yousif,

Deeply apologize for the inconvinience, however, the bug status is still active.

I have tried using your coding and it seems it works just fine.The page load function is only called once when I tried to debug them. I have also prepared a simple sample for that. Please find the attachment if you need to.

Please ensure to add "?=12" on the end of the page url after you run the page.

Has this issue been fixed in 2010 R1? Also, do you see any issue with using the following to set the ServiceUrl?

I think, I have to discuss this scenario with our Developer Team first. As far as I concern, the serviceURL is not meant to be used in that scenario, where it has a querystring on it.

Forgive me, however, I am not able to replicate the issue of yours. I have try to put a break in a page load, and it only be called once at the first time. But when we clicked on the ASP.Net button, it will execute the page load again.

So, in my case, the page load is executed once only at the first time. Attached is a simple sample using WebFlyPostBackManager in a WebForm mode. Kindly try and insert a break point on the page load, see if this sample also execute the page load twice on the first time.

Perhaps, I am missing something. Could you modify the sample so that it will replicate the scenario of yours. I hope it helps, thank you and have a nice day.

when I use WebFlyPostBackManager(webform mode),I need to dynamically set ServiceUrl in Page_Load event.but it will execute Page_Load twice at the first time.
