Upgraded to latest Premier Studio 2017 R1 Subscription but getting an errors.

HI Team,

We are recently upgraded to “Premier Studio 2017 R1 Subscription” just one month back but we are getting JavaScript errors with latest dll package.

We have project based on Asp.Net and we recently upgraded to “Premier Studio 2017 R1 Subscription” to run our project to latest browsers like Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome but getting errors with latest purchased dll packages.

We need immediate help on this issue as we have already paid high cost on upgrading your product but it’s not working and our customers are waiting for our application to run it on latest browsers.

Why WebInput always show the current date? we want a different date to be selected

Hi,

I am trying to implement WebInput into a Webgrid column. The WebInput is DateTime type. Now, I have some dat in the grid which is already filled and the DateTime column is also filled with existing date/time value. Now,if I click on the cell to change/select/edit the datetime value, webinput always show me the current date.However, we want webinput to show the datetime value which is already present in my grid cell as selected.

I used the client side SetValueData method of webinput and it is working fine in case provided only date and not the Time. If my webinput has both Date and Time then the webinput is not showing the date which I passed in the SetValueData() method and just shows the today date.

Please intersoft guys, this is very urgent, your quick response on this will be very much appreciated.

We were using Intersoft WebUI Studio 2011 R2 then recently we have upgraded to Intersoft Premier Studio 2014 R2.

All seems ok but when we are deploying an existing or new application using WebInput or WebText Editor, it is showing below error (subjected error). I tried to see if it is happening in WebCombo but that is working fine.

now we are hanged in middle situation so request on the earliest response. i have sent email to support as well but its a little slow response

WebInput OnValidateError Client Side Event Not Firing - Urgent!

Hi,

I've been facing lots of issues with Intersoft and I've been posting all of them just to get NO REPLIES. This is making it tough for the users alot. At the least the customer support should be good. I hope there will be a response for this.

The issue is, I am using a WebInput control for Date. It uses both DisplayFormat and EditFormat. For EditFormat, I've the validation. An associated client side event is OnValidateError. Though it worked fine the first time I tried, now the Event is invoking the JScript function multiple times. But it is calling the Default ErrorWindow Response correctly.

The reason I am using this JScript function is because, the default ErrorWindow is showing the error in different location. I've attached the screenshot for reference.

I am losing my patience already with Intersoft, because I was first using WebCalendar which had a rendering problem when deployed. I posted here and no replies. I replaced it with WebInput and now, this.

I really hope someone replies to this.

WebGrid/WebInput Integration Not Working

I have an editable WebGrid. I want cells in a certain column to always be have the value and text of a Date with no time. To do this I defined the column like this:

Please help. I am using Web Grid Version 7.
