ISFocusManager.SetFocus throws null pointer errors

The “throwing null pointer exception on ISFocusManager.SetFocus” is quite odd and we have not received such reports so far. Could you confirm whether you are using the most recent hotfix on your test project? I tried to reproduce the problem in my local test by running the DesktopDock sample that available in ClientUI.Samples project but my efforts were not successful.

I know that I might have missed something during my attempt to reproduce the issue. I’m willing to advice you further but in order to do so we would need you to elaborate on your specific scenario and possibly give me a running simple sample and a step-by-step guide that I can use to observe the problematic behavior.

At various places in the code, ISFocusManager.SetFocus is throwing null pointer exception, especially when the window is not focused. Is it a normal behavior?
